WILLIAM BRAWNER IS AN ATTORNEY WHO FIGHTS TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF FEDERAL AND POSTAL WORKERS.

A former mail handler with the Postal Service, Bill decided to attend college after spending many years loading and unloading trucks at a general mail facility. He graduated summa cum laude [with highest honors] from the University of California at Santa Cruz with majors in History and Anthropology in 1997. In 2000, he graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, and then passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt.
After becoming an attorney, Bill became aware—from friends in the Postal Service—of the severe shortage of federal sector employment attorneys nationwide. Because of his core values focused on the pursuit of truth and justice, this critical shortage caused him to decide to focus his practice exclusively on federal employment law so as to be able to help federal and postal employees who are unfairly treated.
Today, because of his dedication to the labor movement and employment rights, Bill is one of the few attorneys nationwide who have chosen to limit their practice exclusively to federal personnel and workers' compensation law.
He is available to assist federal and postal employees in legal matters relating to their employment. He is also available to assist local labor unions in serving their members.
