Appeals We practice before the following adjudicative agencies:
The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) which hears discrimination complaints from employees under the Civil Rights laws including Title VII, the Equal Pay Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act. The United States Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) which hears appeals from federal employees regarding many aspects of their employment relationship, including disciplinary actions, whistleblowing and performance-related actions. The Board also reviews actions by the Office of Personnel Management such as denials of disability retirement.
The Office of Worker's Compensation Programs (including also the Employees' Compensation Appeals and the Branch of Hearings and Review) which administers workers compensation for federal and postal employees. |
