Representation services includeamong other thingslegal research, case investigation, development of evidence, preparation of legal strategy, writing of legal briefs, deposing of hostile witnesses, discovery practice, hiring and use of expert witnesses when appropriate, representation at hearings, oral arguments before administrative law judges, and zealous protection of your legal rights.
Fees for attorney services are competitive and are variable depending on the nature and extent of services needed; fees are normally discussed at the end of the initial consultation.

DOCUMENT REVIEW (without representation or retainer)
A written review of your OWCP, EEOC or MSPB file containing an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of your case. Cost: prepaid charge. Verbal consultation, by telephone or in person, is available for an extra $150 charge.
